We love all of our clients at The Beauty Barn Leicester, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Beauty Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. LATE CANCELLATIONS
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take 50% of the appointment as a fee, if you just don't show up we will take the full appointment amount. RUNNING LATE?
The Beauty Barn Leicester is a very popular Beauty Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unncessarily. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late.
GIFT CARDS
Once purchased these are non-refundable and must be redeemed by the expiration. Please book your treatment at least two weeks in advance for daytime, or 4 weeks for evening or Saturdays, to ensure you get in before your expiry.
SPA DAY DEPOSITS
LATE CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOW
The deposit is non-refundable and can only be moved to a new spa booking at our discretion. We require 1 weeks notice for any cancellations or changes to the booking, if less than 1 weeks notice is given this will incur charges depending on the situation.
Any cancellations within 24 hours notice (this includes rescheduling!) will be charged at 50% of the booking. If you do not turn up to the appointment or cancel within an hour of the booking we will charge this as 100% of the appointment fee.
