Indian Head Massage is based on the Ayurvedic healing system which dates back over 4000 years (originally a head and scalp treatment) which has now been westernised to incorporate upper back, shoulders, neck, upper arms and face. Indian head massages are deeply relaxing and have many physiological and psychological benefits. This is the perfect treatment for those who carry tension in their head, i.e migranes.

THE ELEMENTS AROMATHERAPY EXPERIENCE (1.5 HRS INCLUDING CONSULTATION AND RELAXATION TIME)
The Elements Aromatherapy experience is a unique and personalised full body treatment from head to toe. Combining Swedish and aromatherapy with crystals and energy healing, your therapist will work your muscle groups and your mind. The experience starts with a full consultation before your treatment to identify key problem areas, your chosen crystal and to select a massage oil blend that will work for your needs. We will mix your bespoke blend to be used during the treatment and the room is set for the chosen element. The treatment finishes with a herbal flavoured tea and quiet time in the garden room.

NOURISHING HANDS, FEET AND SCALP (1 HR)
This treatment is a beautiful head to toe relaxing massage. It includes exfoliation to the feet, legs, arms and hands which is removed with warm mitts. They are then cocooned in a mask whilst we give you a scalp, neck and shoulder massage with hyrdating oils. To finish the mask is removed and we massaged the feet, legs, arms and hands. You will be left with nourished hands, feet and scalp!
